Returns & Exchanges

At Cosmo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cosmo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your electronics to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
